An independent training companion for property software: it answers questions about how those applications work, names the screens and fields you need, and teaches the method behind them.

Propfessor is provided by Propfessor LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States of America, of 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. That is the company you contract with when you use this service, and the company any claim is against.

Propfessor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any software vendor, and no vendor has reviewed, approved or contributed to anything here. All product and company names referred to anywhere in this service are the trade marks or registered trade marks of their respective owners. They are used descriptively, and only to identify which application an answer is about, which is the sole way one application’s guidance can be told from another’s. Nothing in that use implies any association, and no claim of ownership is made over any of them.

Propfessor is not a substitute for a vendor licence, vendor support, or vendor documentation, and it does not give you rights in any vendor’s software. What it gives you is independent teaching: how these applications work, what the screens and fields are for, and the method underneath them, explained by someone with no stake in which one you use. That independence is the point of it, and it is why the answers can tell you what a product does badly as readily as what it does well.

Answers are generated, and generated answers can be wrong. Propfessor is a guide to software, not professional advice, and it is not a valuation, an appraisal, or an opinion on any transaction. Before you rely on anything here in work that matters, verify it against the application in front of you and your own professional judgement. You remain responsible for what you produce.

When Propfessor does not know something well enough, it says so rather than guessing, and offers to put the question to a practitioner. A practitioner usually answers within one business day, meaning 24 hours Monday to Friday, UTC. That is what we aim at and what the site says; it is not a guaranteed response time.

One account, one person. Do not share sign-in access. Keep your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in. Tell us at admin@propfessor.com if you think someone else has access.

Use Propfessor to learn and to work. Do not attempt to extract the underlying material in bulk, whether by automation, scripted requests, or systematic copying: the material is the product, and rate limits exist to protect it. Do not resell answers as your own training product, and do not use the service to break the law or a vendor agreement you are under.

What you type stays yours. You give us permission to process it in order to answer you, and, only if you separately opt in, to keep the question so it can shape what this trainer learns next. Answers are yours to use in your work. The underlying material, the software and the brand remain ours.

Your first 3 questions are free and need no card. Nothing is served without an account. Paid access is priced per module, per month or per year, and is not yet switched on. When it is, payment will be handled by Creem as merchant of record, the price and billing period will be shown before you pay, and you will be able to cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds, plainly. The 3 free questions exist so nobody pays to find out whether this is useful, so a period already paid for is not refunded pro rata when you cancel. You keep the access you paid for until that period ends. Anything charged in error, or charged after you cancelled, is refunded in full. Ask at admin@propfessor.com.

Propfessor is a young product and is provided as it is. There is no uptime guarantee, features may change, and the service may be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you have paid in the twelve months before a claim, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can stop at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend an account that breaks the fair use terms above, and will say why.

Nothing in these terms removes the consumer protections you have where you live, and if you are a consumer you keep the right to bring a claim in your own courts. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Propfessor LLC operates Propfessor independently. For anything at all, including a complaint, write to admin@propfessor.com and a person reads it.
