The plan

49 US dollars a month
The module you work in. Cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
Yearly
490 US dollars a year
The same thing, with 2 months of the twelve free.
Before you pay anything
Create an account and your first 3 questions are free, with no card. Nothing is charged until you choose to subscribe, and paid access is not switched on yet.
What a subscription includes
- Ask as often as you like, for as long as you subscribe.
- Told exactly where to look, in the wording on your screen, never sent searching.
- An honest “I do not know” when that is the truth, and then a practitioner, usually within one business day.
- Every conversation kept, so you build your own reference as you go.
What it is not
- Not a licence for any vendor’s software. You bring your own.
- Not professional advice, and not a valuation opinion.
- Not a subscription to everything. You choose the one application you work in, out of 13, and every answer stays inside it.
Questions people ask before paying
Is this Altus, or endorsed by them?
No. Propfessor is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any software vendor. That independence is why it can tell you what a product does badly as readily as what it does well.
Does it match the version I am running?
Answers follow the current release, and say so where something moved or was renamed along the way.
What happens when it does not know?
It says so plainly rather than guessing, and offers to put the question to a practitioner, who answers usually within one business day.
Does it see my model or my files?
No. You type a question. Nothing is uploaded and no model is read. See the privacy page for what is sent where.
Do I need a card to start?
No. An account, then 3 questions with no card.
Can I cancel?
At any time, and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
Who takes the payment?
Creem as merchant of record. The price and the billing period are shown before you pay.
Can I buy more than one module?
Yes. Each costs the same, and each answers only about itself, so nothing a colleague in another team asks can bleed into yours.
