What happens after my three free questions?
The free allowance ends. You can choose a paid module to continue; the free trial does not automatically become a subscription. The three questions are one allowance per person across modules, including follow-ups.
How many questions can I ask with a subscription?
Current limits are 150 question requests per person per day and 10 per minute, shared across modules. Follow-ups count too. The daily counter resets at 00:00 UTC. These are request limits, rather than a guarantee of that many successful answers; temporary service or shared-network limits may also apply.
Live voice calls last up to 4 minutes. Live voice, Read aloud and voice input have separate daily capacity limits. You can continue typing within your question allowance when voice is unavailable.
Read the usage termsCan I use more than one software module?
Yes. Add a separate subscription for each module on the same account. Each costs US$49 a month or US$490 a year. For example, two monthly modules cost US$98 a month in total.
Each subscription covers its chosen module. Selecting another module does not transfer your existing subscription, and adding a module does not multiply the shared daily question limit.
Does the subscription renew? How do I cancel?
It renews at the end of your monthly or annual billing period. Cancel future renewals through the Creem customer portal linked in your payment email, before your next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Cancelling does not provide a pro-rata refund for the remaining period. The Terms explain the complete cancellation and refund policy.
Does this include my software licence or a full course?
No. Your software licence is separate. The subscription is for the AI Companion in one module. You can explore all 13 free sample lessons; full courses are in development and are not included in this subscription.
