That independence is not a disclaimer, it is the product. An independent trainer can tell you what an application does badly as readily as what it does well, and can tell you when the thing you are trying to do belongs in a different application altogether. A vendor cannot say either.

It says so. A refusal is written plainly rather than dressed up as an answer, because a confident wrong answer inside a model that prices real assets is the failure that matters, and it is the one a trainee cannot detect.

A question it declines goes to a practitioner who has done the work, and they answer, usually within one business day. The answer then becomes part of what the service knows, so the next person asking never has to wait.

It will not give professional advice or a valuation opinion, and it will not answer outside the module you chose. You remain responsible for what you produce, which is the same position any senior colleague would take.
