Any dashboard can be put beside another period of the same asset, which turns a static report into a variance analysis without exporting anything.

Assets > asset > Overview > Add comparison.

Movement is shown as a delta and as a direction, with colour distinguishing an improvement from a decline.

Rate movements such as a shift in the cap rate are called out rather than left to be spotted.

The comparison is only as available as the models are. If the period you want is not offered, the model for it was either never built or never approved.
