An answer scoped to one application is a different product from a search across all of them. Scoped, this service names the screens and captions of the software in front of you. Unscoped, it can answer confidently about another application entirely, using that application’s real wording, which is the one kind of wrong a trainee cannot spot.
So the module is chosen, not guessed, and it is what you pay for. Nobody buys “everything”.
