( Your data )

Your questions stay yours.

You type a question. Nothing is uploaded, no file is opened and no model is read. Here is the rest of it, in the same words the privacy page uses.

The short version

Your model never leaves your desk
There is no upload, no file picker and no integration with the application you are working in. The service sees the words you type and nothing else.
Your questions are not used to train a public model
They are sent to a model provider in order to be answered. They are not used by us to train a public model.
You can delete a thread and it is gone
Your account and threads stay until you remove them. Deleting a thread in the product removes it.
Card details never reach us
Payment, when it arrives, is handled by Creem as merchant of record.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Your account and your threads, until you remove them.
  • Sign-in codes for ten minutes. Sessions for ninety days.
  • Consent records as a dated ledger, because a record of permission has to survive being checked.
  • Question counters for two days after the window they count closes, and a record that a daily limit was passed for ninety days.
  • A question sent to a practitioner, and any address left with it, until the question is answered or withdrawn, and it can be removed at any point.

What you can ask for

A copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion of the whole account. The full account of who holds it, on what basis and how to ask is on the privacy page, and the obligations either side are in the terms.

If your firm blocks public content networks

Many do, and the product is built for it. The service runs in a browser with no plugin, no agent and no access to the machine it runs on. There is nothing to install and nothing for a network to allow beyond the site itself.
